What deposit/Earnest money do i need to build my custom home?
We require a non-refundable earnest amount of $5,000.
What home warranty do I get?
All Wall 2 Wall Custom Homes come with our industry's 1-year warranty for the entire home. In addition, we provide all manufacturer warranties that include everything from shingles, the furnace, air conditioning, and many other items.
